What is the 'Username'?
The username is either your mobile
phone number or email address that you used when you registered.
If you registered online this will be the email address
you used when registering. If you registered by calling
the Dotsoundz
Credits Hotline, your username will be the phone
number you entered during the phone call. If you purchased
Dotsoundz Credits
by sending a reverse bill SMS text message
your username is your mobile phone number. Remember, once
you have logged in, you can update all your personal details,
including your username.

What is the Password?
The Password is a personal 4-digit number
which you use to log-in to the site and enables access to
your personal account. The concept is the same as the Password
you might use with a cash-card to get money out of the 'hole
in the wall', although it might not be the same number!

What's the difference - registering
through SMS, phone and over the Internet?
Nothing, apart from the actual way
you register and pay for your Dotsoundz Creditss.

Dotsoundz Credits is the name given
to the web 'currency' on the site. It is these Dotsoundz Credits
that are redeemed for web content, such as video clips,
downloads and other web services.

How do Dotsoundz Credits
work?
You have to purchase Dotsoundz Credits to obtain
access to online services. Dotsoundz Credits can only be purchased
with a valid credit card, by Reverse Bill SMS or Premium
Rate Phone line. Various amounts of Dotsoundz Credits can
be added depending on your preferences and we will send
you a low Service Credit reminder when you are running low
on Dotsoundz Credits so you know when you are about to run
out. If you never want to run out of Dotsoundz Credits, we
have an "Auto-Top-Up" service which will automatically top
up your account with a specified number of Dotsoundz Credits
each time you drop to 50 Dotsoundz Credits.

What does "Activate
Dotsoundz Credits" mean?
Purchasing Dotsoundz Credits by text
message or scratch card require you to activate them using
an activation code, a little bit like when you buy a top
up card for a Pay-As-You-Go mobile phone. It is a security
procedure to ensure that Dotsoundz Credits are added to correct user
account. If you need to Activate Dotsoundz Credits you will
find a link on the "My Login" page.

rate number and after the call has ended we add a corresponding

I bought Dotsoundz Credits
by SMS and nothing happened?
You will normally receive a confirmation
within seconds. If not it could be because there are delays
in the networks, which has stopped you receiving a confirmation
SMS or you have run out of credit on your pay-as-you-go
phone. Don't worry, if you don't receive a confirmation
SMS from us you will not be charged! If you have not received
the confirmation after 30 minutes, you can either try again
or use a different payment option.

As an incentive to sign-up by this
method and because it is easier for you to buy Dotsoundz Credits
in the future. Another reason is because the charges by
network operators means we have to pass some of that cost
onto you in order for us to maintain the high standards

How much is a Service
Credit worth?
This depends on how you pay for Dotsoundz Credits. If you pay by reverse bill text message, and are
charged £1.50 to receive 100 Dotsoundz Credits, you are charged 1.5p
per Service Credit. If you pay by credit card and are charged
£4.99 for 500 Dotsoundz Credits each Service Credit is worth
1p. Dotsoundz Credits generally equate to a value of 1 pence each
although this may be slightly higher if paying by text message
or premium rate phone due to costs applied by telecommunication
networks.

The eWallet is a unique payment system,
